The Year of 2010 During 2010, CSNV reached its projected goals by serving a total of 1,073 clients; of these, 839 were Hispanic and 234 non-Hispanic, 134 received a permanent modification, 8 brought their mortgage current and 10 were foreclosed on. CSNV’s objective for 2010 was to provide education and counseling to 900 distressed homeowners. [...]
